The net profit of luxury goods group hermes in the first half of this year declined. Hermes company reiterated that the full-year sales volume are expected to be stable, but the operating achievement will have a slight decrease.
In the passed half year, the profit of hermes decreaseed 7% to be €125.4 million, and the bussiness taking increase 7.6% to be €874.9 million. According to the fixed ROE, the hermes turnover keep stability with last year.
The operating achivement fell 2% to be 199.8 million, however, the operating profit decreased to only 22.8% of sales, by contrast the end of June 2008, that rate was 25.1%.
